Value for money, you're getting good service. A superb place to stay in an interesting area. Breakfast was generous, plenty of outstanding food. Room opulent and adequate, bed incredibly large. Immaculately clean and famous hotel in Portobello district. Automated check in and late check out.

The location of the hotel was best possible - at a near distance from Tea Room. The sand beach was sandy. I really enjoyed the room with desk & coffee table, my bed was extremely comfy.
